Get Out of Your Head. Get Back to Your Game.
When you know what to do—but pressure gets in the way.
You’ve practiced. You’ve prepared. You know you can do it.
But sometimes, when the pressure is on, your body reacts before you have a chance to think your way through it. You hesitate. Tighten up. Overthink. Replay a mistake. Worry about making it again. Or suddenly struggle with something that normally comes naturally.
That doesn’t necessarily mean you need more practice, more discipline, or more motivation.
Sometimes something is simply getting between you and the skills you’ve already developed.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART®) is a brief, structured approach that uses eye movements and imagery techniques to help change the way your brain and body respond to experiences, memories, and anticipated situations.
For athletes and performers, ART can be used to address things like:
Performance anxiety or freezing under pressure
Difficulty moving past a mistake or disappointing performance
Fear of repeating a mistake
Overthinking skills that are normally automatic
Loss of confidence after an injury
Pressure from expectations, competition, or spectators
Getting rattled by an opponent or letting someone “get in your head”
ART can work with both what happened before and what you fear might happen next.
The goal?
Reduce the interference so you can trust your training and perform with confidence. Confidence isn't something the athlete has to force. It becomes something they can access again.
