Helping You: Feel, Focus, and Flourish
-
At Together Therapy & Wellness, our pediatric occupational therapists and mental health therapists support the whole child - body, mind, and emotions. We believe every child deserves to feel confident, calm, and capable in daily life.
-
Do you struggle with anxiety, mood changes, or feeling overwhelmed?
Do you have difficulty with daily routines such as getting ready, sleeping, or managing school/work?
Do you have trouble focusing, staying organized, or completing tasks?
Are sensory sensitivities (noises, clothing, touch) impacting your day?
Are you withdrawing from activities you once enjoyed, struggling with confidence, or finding social situations exhausting or confusing?
Do you need help with coping skills for real life?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, Occupational Therapy can help!
-
Pediatric occupational therapy (OT) helps children develop the skills they need to succeed in everyday activities - from getting dressed and writing, to playing, focusing, and managing emotions.
-
Occupational therapy for teens helps build the skills needed to manage daily life and growing responsibilities. This may include improving executive functioning skills, such as attention, planning, and organization; developing healthy routines; learning practical tools to support stress and emotions; learning life skills and how to apply them, building confidence; and supporting success in school, at home, and in social settings.
-
Occupational therapy for adults supports mental health by helping individuals develop practical and functional skills for everyday life. This can include managing stress and emotions, improving work-life balance, building routines, increasing independence in daily activities, and supporting participation in meaningful activities at work, home, and in the community.

We understand that it can feel overwhelming to know when to start services, which ones to choose, or where to begin. That’s why we’re happy to offer a free phone screening with our occupational therapist. This call gives you a chance to ask questions, learn more about what OT can offer, and decide whether it’s the right fit for you at this time.
-
We accept most insurances but always encourage families to ask their policy what coverage they have for OT.
We need what is called a Dr’s Orders which prescribes OT as a treatment modality - we can request this on your behalf with just the name of the Dr/provider, location, as well as client info. However, be sure you have spoke with them or sent in a chart message to inform them of your desire for the referral.
