Jeff Stine earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead, MN. Jeff continued on to advance his education by earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.

Jeff is a retired Master Sergeant who spent 20 years with the Minnesota Army National Guard. In Jeff’s military career he has completed three overseas tours to include Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iraq, and Kuwait. Jeff is well-versed in combat-related stress, trauma and reintegration. 

Jeff previously worked for Social Services as a Child Protection Worker. He has extensive experience in assessing families for safety and advocating for family’s needs. He believes that every child deserves to have a safe and loving environment to help them strive in life. Jeff offers solution-focused treatment to all ages, parenting skills and safety planning.

Jeff is trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), a suicide prevention model. His motto, “Never quit on those who never quit on us,” reflects his belief that mental health challenges impact not only the individual experiencing them but also the loved ones who care for and support them. In addition to ASIST, Jeff is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Jeff is a devoted husband and a proud parent of two wonderful boys. He has a passion for the outdoors which includes hunting, fishing, and camping. His greatest enjoyment in life is spending time with his amazing wife and children.
